My wife's present to me

Its a rotisserie for the BBQ. First tried a lamb leg - had it on a little high and the fat fires burnt the outside of the leg (blackened it). But the meat was fabulous.

Now need to control. Chicken.

Chicken on the BBQ can be wonderful. I use a Weber and just stuff chicken with quarters of lemon, rub a bit of oil over the beast and season with salt and pepper.

I cooked a 5kg turkey on the Weber for Christmas. It was very good.
